Hi, my name is David and I believe in an objective and modern approach to fitness. While studying sports science at Kingston University London (BSc) and Manchester Metropolitan University (MSc) I formed a strong opinion that training methods should be based on scientific evidence.

Over my +6 years of experience I applied "safety first" mentality and
always prioritise longevity when training my clients.

When training with me I only ask from a client to do what I am sure they are capable of. Therefore, there is never "get results fast" approach but rather "get long-term results".
