Hi, my name is David and I believe in an objective and modern approach to fitness. While studying sports science at Kingston University London (BSc) and Manchester Metropolitan University (MSc) I formed a strong opinion that training methods should be based on scientific evidence.

In this lecture I plan to cover nutrition around training schedule. By the end you will know:
- how many kcal, carbs, protein and fat you require to facilitate performance and recover;
- how to structure pre- and post-workout meals
- what supplements show effectiveness in scientific research.
